Anou Lo appeals a judgment convicting him after a jury trial of attempted first-degree intentional homicide while armed and first-degree reckless endangerment while armed, and an order denying his post-conviction motions for a new trial. The issues on appeal are whether defense counsel was ineffective and whether the trial court improperly admitted certain evidence. Because we find that defense counsels performance was not deficient and the evidence of gang-related activities was relevant to establish motive, we affirm.
