Defendant Charlotte Marlene Longshaw, who shot and killed a mourner at her brothers funeral, appeals her conviction for murder, a first degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. Â§ 76-5-203 (Supp. 1997). We conclude that the trial court properly denied her motion for a new trial, which was based both upon claims of prosecutorial misconduct and that the evidence was insufficient to support the jurys verdict. We therefore affirm.
