On September 25, 1996, the District Court entered judgment revoking Defendant Lindemans suspended sentence and imposing the full sentence of four concurrent ten-year terms in the Montana State Prison. From this judgment Defendant Lindeman appeals. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
